Many and more moons ago, the Old Gods of DB did open the Beta. Jurevicus Galilee was a wise and esteemed player and founded the Alliance known to many as The Brotherhood Without Banners. Many did join him in his quest for fair play, Uncommon Resources and glory for the Brotherhood. As a team, they determined the ways and means by which they would so work together and defend one another. Alas, the evil RL did pull our leader Jurevicus away, and the leadership was given to Ellayne Blackfyre, who was also known by an older name, that of Lady Wirtig. Under Lady Wirtig's leadership, TBWB became a force to be reckoned with among the many Alliance battles. Lady Wirtig then passed on the flaming sword to Gemma Thorne. Gemma led The Brotherhood deep into enemy territory to take what was ous and to free the oppressed small folk. The Light of R'HLLOR was strong with her. She has since taken leave to ponder the mysteries of the flame and bequeathed the flaming sword to Lord Brenn Torisk who has already shown his fire in the Eel Phase.
